Hello everyone! Dad’s been in his regular room for almost a day and has been enjoying walks around the unit, jello, broth and short periods of time with his iPad. The nursing and other support staff have been great, and dad has enjoyed getting to know some of them. All is well so far and they are talking discharge today or tomorrow. Wow! After discharge he will be a daily visitor for the first week or two. We will let you know the latest as we hear from the doctors.

Can not believe they’re even talking about discharge already, muchless today or tomorrow. I guess Dan Dickenson is the Real SUPERHERO! No need t see the movie…and all those action figures will look just like him!
